STEP #1

Get Connected

Make the call or email us. We will set up an appointment to meet with you and discuss how our service can benefit you the most!

STEP #2

In Home Consultation

We meet all of our clients in home at their convenience. This means no shipping your precious items in a cardboard box. This also means that we can answer any questions or concerns you have directly! This is the best time to learn more about your family history and which pictures will need the most restoration and retouching.

STEP #3

Processing

We personally handle your memories and take them to our lab for processing. Depending on the order size this can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. We take our time to process and restore your family images so that they look the best. If further more advanced techniques are needed to retouch an old photo we will contact you directly. Our job is not complete until you are fully happy!

STEP #4

Returning Home

Once all the work is complete we return all original materials safely back to you. All clients will be given proper memory storage as well as set up with web storage for their videos/images.
